Terms of use

These terms apply to the website omegler.app and the Android app "Omegler" (together, the "service"), published by White Label Solutions LTD, 8th Floor, Ebene Tower, 52 Cybercity, Ebene, Republic of Mauritius. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

1. The service

Omegler is a random video chat: it connects you at random, by video and text, with other adults from all over the world. When nobody is free, the bot mode may show you a bot: a short silent video of a person generated by artificial intelligence, always marked "Bot", which does not talk or answer. A real person always comes first. The service is provided as is; we do not guarantee that someone is available at all times or that the service works without interruption.

2. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older. Minors are forbidden and their accounts are deleted.
• You create only one account, with accurate information, and keep your password secret.
• You are responsible for the use of your account and your device.

3. Rules of conduct

During conversations and in messages, it is forbidden to:

• show nudity, sexual acts or sexual content;
• involve a minor in any way;
• harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone, or use hate speech;
• show violence, self-harm or any illegal content;
• advertise, spam, scam or ask for money;
• record or share a person without their consent, or share someone else's personal data;
• impersonate someone else, or use bots or automated means;
• get around a suspension or a ban.

4. Moderation and sanctions

Every user can report the other person in one tap. Reports are reviewed by our moderation, which may take still images of the camera as described in the privacy policy. In case of a breach, we may end a conversation, suspend or ban an account, a device or an IP address, without notice and without refund of the current period. Accounts reported several times are suspended automatically until they are checked. Illegal content, in particular content involving minors, is reported to the authorities. You can contest a decision at contact@omegler.app.

5. Premium subscription

• Premium adds filters (country, gender, age) and the option to turn off the bot mode. It is offered weekly or monthly; the price is shown before purchase and may vary by country and currency.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time: in the Play Store for a Google Play subscription, or from your account. Premium access stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Payments made through Google Play follow Google Play's refund rules. By asking for immediate access to Premium, you acknowledge that the service starts at once; to the extent allowed by law, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once access is provided.

6. Liability

Conversations take place live between users: everyone is responsible for what they show, say and write. We do not check conversations in advance and cannot prevent the other person from recording their screen: do not share personal information. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to direct damages and to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law of your country guarantees you as a consumer.

7. Intellectual property

The Omegler name, logo, website, app and their content belong to White Label Solutions LTD. You may use the service for your personal use only; any copying, resale or commercial use is forbidden.

8. Ending use

You can delete your account at any time (Account menu then Delete account). We may close an account that breaks these terms, or stop the service after telling you in advance.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version; for an important change, we tell you in the app. If you keep using the service, you accept the new version.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Mauritius, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. For any question: contact@omegler.app.
